We are still missing the reports from several of the last sessions. If you send them to me, I'll update the proceedings.
The proceedings from our conference are stored several different ways. The total document is about 83 pages long. The (compressed) archive files are:

You need a compression/decompression program such as WINZIP in order to extract the files from the compressed versions for display/print.
If you want to use the PDF format, you need Adobe's Acrobat Reader in order to display/print. This is a freely distributed program. It can be downloaded from www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html.
